How do these sessions take place?Most sessions take place via Skype, some face to face.

How many sessions do I need?It depends on how many negative emotions you want to deal with. Many clients feel significantly better after three sessions. That is why I offer a package of three sessions. This method has an end after a number of sessions opposed to counselling or therapy.

Can I try one session?Yes you can, I offer a one session package. You will know if this method appeals to you.

How long before I feel the effect?The effect is immediate after we end the session.

How will I feel after the session?You can feel tired, but this will be gone the next day. You may feel refreshed. Sometimes clients feel as if they dumped a heavy load they have been carrying.
