I am feeling much calmer, more relaxed and my negative mood has changed to a completely positive outlook on life. I feel starting new thing and getting going. Anyone that would have bothered me in the past, I now shrug my shoulders and enjoy my life. What a change in life quality the Spirit Release Session made for me!
